The boundaries for the very act of making “artwork “have once again taken a quantum leap. The relevance of the “handmade” takes on a completely new significance, or insignificance.
This artwork has been HAND drawn with a 3d pen. Producing extruded plastic lace. It reflects on the crossroads of computer-aided technology, juxtaposing the masculine art of blacksmithing and feminine craft of lace making, connecting old and new methodologies for creating.
